This notice explains what data Poyais One processes when you connect your Shopify store, why we process it, and how we protect it.

We do not request or store your customers' names, email addresses, phone numbers or postal addresses. Order data is aggregated (per day, channel and product) before storage. Individual orders are not kept.
Only to provide Poyais One reporting and recommendations to you, the merchant. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising to your customers, or share it with other merchants. We do not use your store data to train AI models.
Only users you have added to your Poyais One account, and authorized Poyais staff when they need access to provide support or operate the service. Every access to your store data is logged.
HTTPS for all traffic, encrypted access tokens, encrypted daily off-site backups, a separate test environment, restricted and logged staff access. See our Information Security Policy.
Store-derived data is kept while your store is connected. When you uninstall the app, Shopify sends us a deletion request, and we delete all data derived from your store. Encrypted backups expire within 30 days. You can request deletion at any time at hello@poyaisone.com.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Contact hello@poyaisone.com. Where we process personal data, Poyais acts as a processor on your behalf. You remain the controller for your customers' data. Our Data Processing Agreement applies.
